Three Rivers Community Action worked with USDA Rural Development and was awarded Low-Income Housing Tax Credits from Minnesota Housing’s allocation to preserve 24 units of affordable housing. The rehabilitation was completed in 2022 and improvements included sidewalk repairs, new siding, new windows, new entry doors, and general rehabilitation of units. The apartments consist of:
- 8 one-bedrooms
- 10 two-bedrooms
- 6 three-bedrooms
Income restrictions apply. Rental assistance available to qualified tenants.
