Three Rivers Community Action completed a renovation of Northern Oaks Townhomes in 2020 with the City of Northfield and Northfield HRA. Improvements included new doors, new garage doors, air conditioners, cement work and general rehabilitation of units. Northern Oaks is a three building, 8-unit townhome complex offering:
- 4 three-bedroom units
- 4 four-bedroom units
Each townhome features full appliances, central air-conditioning and an attached garage. Northern Oaks is in close proximity to both the City Park and the local elementary school making it a perfect location for families with children.
