Northbridge Apartments is a smoke-free apartment complex that features a mix of two and three-bedroom units. The apartments were recently renovated with new mechanical systems, energy efficient lighting, appliances, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and improved accessibility. The project is located within easy walking distance to schools, shopping and Riverland College.
Three Rivers worked with USDA Rural Development, Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, and Greater Minnesota Housing Fund to preserve this federally assisted project.
Rental assistance is available to qualified tenants.
