Three Rivers Community Action has completed MNsure Certification Training and is now an official partner. Six of our staff are MNsure certified navigators.
MNsure is a new, one-stop health insurance marketplace where Minnesotans can find and compare health plans, and choose the coverage that fits their needs. MNsure is the only place where individuals and families can qualify for a no-cost or low cost plan and access financial help to reduce the cost of insurance.
Three Rivers will assist MNsure with outreach and enrollment efforts. Minnesotans looking for additional assistance with health insurance, or those that do not have internet access, can use Three Rivers Community Action to assist them with enrollment.
Although the open enrollment period for Qualified Health Plans and Tax Credits has closed, Three Rivers Community Action, Inc. certified MNsure Navigators are still able to assist those individuals and households with low incomes apply for Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare and those households who have had a life change such as an addition of a family member or a job change that affected insurance coverage, or change in marital status.
