Three Rivers Community Action has extensive experience both rehabilitating and building affordable single family homes. Three Rivers works with a community to identify the local needs, then assembles resources to meet the homeownership needs in a community. Three Rivers has developed new starter home neighborhoods, acquired and renovated foreclosed homes, and provided financing resources to homebuyers and homeowners throughout southern Minnesota.
