As a non-profit housing developer, Three Rivers Community Action
is committed to increasing the supply of safe, decent housing that is permanently affordable
to low- and moderate-income families in the region. Our housing options include townhomes,
apartments, and single-family starter homes. We also manage supportive housing units for
the State of Minnesota. In partnership with First Homes, we also offer a community land
trust program to increase the affordability of our single-family homes.
Our Projects
Three Rivers has both single family homes and rental opportunities
available in many communities. Financial assistance is available to
